These portable bluetooth speakers are manufactured by Logitech and they offer some surprisingly great features for a good price. One of the best features that they have is the option you have to connect wirelessly two UE Mini Boom speakers for stereo effects and double awesomeness. This is the future! And apart from this nice feature, everything else is absolutely great as well: although relatively small, these speakers offer great sound (an impressive maximum level of 86 decibels!), crystal clear and decent bass as well, which rarely happens when it comes to portable speakers. The battery life is great as well – up to 10 hours – and the bluetooth connection is stable over large distances, of up to 50 feet, so you can easily carry it around. Jamkik Waterproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker

It rarely happens that you actually need your speakers to be waterproof, but if this matters to you, then look no further than the Jamkik speakers which are not only waterproof, but they also have an amazing design. It has a lot of goodies under the hood as well: two speakers and subwoofer to give you the best possible sound quality (with surround sound as well – but don’t expect regular speaker quality) as well as Built-In Microphone/Speakerphone for hands-free calls – now that could come in handy! It also has a silicon casing that makes the speaker itself very durable and it gives it a badass look.

Sony SRSX2

The ultra-portable bluetooth speaker from Sony packs a real punch for a very low price: and since it’s Sony we’re talking about, we already know that it’s a high quality product that we’re getting for our money. It is true, we’re losing a bit (compared to other speakers on this list) when it comes to battery life which is only about 5 hours, but we get great sound from the 20 Watts beast, as well as optional hands-free capabilities. Finally, it also has a virtual surround sound option which comes in handy, but again don’t expect the quality of multiple speakers made specifically for surround sound! All in all, the Sony SRSX2 portable bluetooth speakers are a great choice if you have a limited budget and it still delivers on the sound quality side.

FUGOO Style

I have a bunch of tech-savvy and gadget geek friends who would swear that FUGOO Style is the best portable speaker you can get and I agree that it’s really great. However, its price is pretty high compared to the other speakers on this list, so this might be a problem for most buyers. If you have a larger budget, though, it is a great choice: it has an almost unbelievable battery life of 40 hours if you listen to your music to medium volume settings (which is still loud enough for most cases). 40 hours! You really can’t beat that! It also has six drivers on four sides for a 360-degree music experience and incredible 95dB SPL-A volume which are, again, almost unbelievable (but true!). Finally, the Fugoo Style speakers can take a beating as they are snow proof, sand proof, waterproof and, depending on the model you choose, even shockproof. Most of the people who tried it were extremely satisfied, giving it a maximum, 5 star rating, so you know you are really dealing with an amazing bluetooth speaker here!

JBL Flip 3

And now this is the bluetooth speaker that I was talking about at the beginning of this article – the one that I decided to purchase after checking out tens of models and the one that I consider, at least for now, the best possible option and the best bluetooth speaker on the market. The quality of sound is indeed crystal clear, with a bass that you can indeed feel in your guts. It also has a very nice design and other great features, like speakerphone capabilities, a decent battery life of up to 10 hours and even the option to connect multiple JBL Flip 3 speakers for even better sound. You can also connect up to 3 smartphones or tablets to the speaker – and even though most people don’t really need this feature, it’s nice to have it. It comes in multiple color options and is completely splash proof, meaning that you don’t have to let a rainy day ruin your music listening experience. A great product that I wholeheartedly recommend.
